Query the smallest Northern Latitude (LAT_N) from STATION that is greater than . Round your answer to  decimal places.

Input Format

The STATION table is described as follows:

where LAT_N is the northern latitude and LONG_W is the western longitude.

SELECT ROUND(MIN(LAT_N), 4)
 FROM STATION
 WHERE LAT_N > 38.7780

Weather Observation Station 14 와 비슷한 유형인데 이번 문제에서는 북위도가 38.7780 를 초과하는 스테이션에서 가장 최소 (북)위도를 찾으면서 넷째자리까지 반올림(ROUND) 한 값을 추출하라고 하였다.
